Associate Litigation Attorney

Brock & Gonzales, LLP, a plaintiff’s employment and personal injury law firm, is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of personal injury and employment law experience to work in its Los Angeles, Westlake Village, or Bay Area office.
Must be able to handle a case load of 20 or more cases at one time.

Job Duties:
• Taking and defending depositions
• Legal research and writing
• Attend court appearances and oral argument
• Interacting with opposing counsel and clients
• Participate in case strategy meetings
• Some negotiation and settlement skills
• Ability to travel throughout California

Job Type:
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, thorough, have acute attention to detail and be able to work independently and with a team to produce top quality work product.

Salary Range:
Compensation based on experience.
