Bianca Dulgheru

Bianca was born in Romania. She moved to California upon completing high school, making California her home ever since. Bianca is a graduate of Pepperdine University and Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law.

During her time in law school, Bianca was a Constitutional Law Research Assistant. She also completed an externship with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, where she was thoroughly involved in preparing matters for trial. Additionally, Bianca was part of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at the Los Angeles Union Rescue mission, where she represented English and Spanish speaking clients in tax matters.

Bianca is dedicated to forming strong and trusting relationships with her clients. She is a strong advocate, who focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-filing through appeal. In addition to litigation, Bianca has extensive experience handling matters in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Bianca represents employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.

Bianca is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
