Francisco was born and raised in Southern California. He is a graduate of the University of La Verne and the University of San Diego School of Law.
During his time in law school, Francisco had the opportunity to work for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, where he provided assistance to clients without means to hire representation and helped domestic violence victims obtain protective orders. He then joined Brock & Gonzales as a law clerk before becoming a licensed attorney.
Francisco’s Mexican heritage and Spanish speaking fluency allows him to engage and build relationships with clients from Hispanic backgrounds, so that they feel comfortable throughout all stages of the litigation process. He is now focused on representing wronged employees in claims against their employers throughout the state of California.
