Biography

Lee is a Partner at Brock & Gonzales, LLP and Chair of the firm's trial practice. He is a seasoned trial lawyer that has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, with a primary focus on representing the firm's clients in personal injury and employment cases.

Lee is passionate about helping those who have been personally injured or mistreated by employers. He is highly motivated to pursue the justice and compensation his clients deserve. Lee is a native Californian who grew up in the Los Angeles area. He has worked continually since the age of 16 in a number of different industries - putting himself through high school, college and law school. As a result of this lengthy and varied work experience, he is sensitive to the plight that many employees are forced to endure at the hands of employers who brazenly violate the law. Lee is an empathetic attorney that cares about his clients and the predicaments they face. He is a skilled advocate with an unwavering work ethic who consistently seeks to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

Lee started his legal career as a defense attorney for a large global law firm, where he learned how corporations, insurance companies, and other organizations approach litigation, including the strategies employed to shield such corporate defendants from liability. Since switching to solely representing injured and mistreated individuals in 2010, he has utilized this unique insight of the corporate defense mentality to obtain maximum results on behalf of his clients.

Lee is highly skilled in every facet of the litigation process from start to finish, and his extensive experience in trials is not easily matched. Through his dedication and zealous representation, Lee has developed numerous multi-million and multi-billion-dollar cases, including the 2018 case Ingham et. al. v. Johnson & Johnson et. al. that resulted in a $4.69 billion-dollar jury verdict on behalf of 22 women that developed ovarian cancer as a result of their use of Johnson and Johnson's asbestos-laden talcum powder. That verdict has repeatedly been upheld by the appellate courts in Missouri and, most recently, by the U.S. Supreme Court.
