Biography

Lindsay Bowden is Brock & Gonzales’ Chief Operating Officer, and is part of the firm’s executive team. She has dedicated her legal career to fighting for employees who have harmed by their employers. Lindsay represents employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases. She has represented hundreds of individuals in employment cases, and a limited number of personal injury cases. 

Lindsay has also assisted in multiple trials, including the firm’s landmark case which resulted in the largest wrongful termination verdict awarded in Tulare County Superior Court.

Born and raised in Washington State, Lindsay is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as the Chair of the Moot Court Board and the Public Relations Coordinator for the Women's Legal Association. Lindsay also competed in numerous moot court competitions, including two internationally. With each client she has served, Lindsay maintains a desire to build strong relationships with clients to best help them navigate their cases through a successful resolution. 

Lindsay has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2023.
